Sandboxie adds to its "sandbox" support for 64-bit Systems

Sandboxie 4.02 - this is a new version of the shareware application "sandbox" that allows the program to run in an isolated environment where they can not cause harm to the user's computer.

Version 4.2 offers enhanced security: the programs that run in a sandbox Sandboxie, no longer have permission to access to any outside space of their own memory.

Sandboxie 4.02 offers the same protection for 32 - and 64-bit operating systems Windows, because the application has finally been removed test function Experimental Protection, which was previously used to protect the 64-bit environments.

According to the official changelog Sandboxie, the latest version provides improved compatibility with a variety of popular products: avast!, Driver Verifier, EMET, F-Secure, KeyScrambler, Lingoes, Listary, Norton Internet Security, Office 2013, PGP, Proxifier, ProxyCap, Solid Converter PDF and Windows 8.

But there is also bad news: the application Sandboxie 4.02 is no longer supported for Windows 2000 - System Requirements suggest the presence of Windows XP SP 3, Windows Vista with Service Pack 2, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 or Windows 8. All other options OS Windows "can not work with Sandboxie or not work as expected."
